Inside Titans
Producing footballers, not yet wins.
Gold Coast are last on every window: all-time, the decade and the last three seasons. The licence dates to 2007, there have been four finals appearances in twenty seasons, and the premiership count sits where it started. What the place actually produces is footballers: round 15's starting 13 was entirely homegrown, ten of them pathway graduates. The business changed hands twice in five months, the Frizelle family taking full ownership in July 2025 and five more families, Johns and Tallis names among them, buying minority stakes by November. Josh Hannay is one season into three. Jayden Campbell turned down $6 million from Perth to sign a $4.5 million Titans extension, news.com.au reported, while AJ Brimson has the club's blessing to talk to rivals despite being signed to 2030. Both of those sentences are very Titans.
- Ownership is private: Frizelle family majority with a five-family consortium holding minority stakes. Percentages not stated.
- Training base: Parkwood, 2016, in a $25 million development. Emerald Lakes is proposed with no published agreement: club says 2027, council says negotiating.
