Verrills confirmed to leave Titans

Verrills was reported to be leaving the Titans on 6 September; one outlet reported it, none carried a figure.

Fox Sports reported on 6 September that Sam Verrills is one of five players departing the Gold Coast Titans, alongside Jolliffe, Tuki Simpkins, Allan Fitzgibbon and Phillip Sami. Verrills joined the Titans from the Roosters in 2023 and has played 69 games for the club.
